We collect personal data only when you choose to provide it to us — through our contact form or our careers application form. This may include your name, email address, organisation, role, and any information you include in a message or CV.
We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry or to consider your job application. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except where required by law.
Contact enquiries are retained for as long as is necessary to respond to and close the enquiry, typically no longer than 12 months. Job applications are retained for six months after the relevant role is filled, then deleted.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at mark@appliedvision.co.uk.
Form submissions on this site are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider. Netlify stores submission data on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.
