01 / The role

What you'll do.

This isn't a deck-writing job. You'll diagnose, design, and stay in the room through delivery — with senior client stakeholders and small embedded teams.

01Run diagnostic and current-state assessments across operating model, applications, data and integration.
02Design target operating models and supporting target-state architectures that the client can actually execute.
03Build transformation roadmaps, value cases and platform recommendations the board can sign off on.
04Stay through delivery — programme assurance, vendor management, adoption planning, benefits tracking.
05Contribute to firm-level thinking — internal frameworks, point-of-view writing, the occasional speaking slot.

02 / Who fits

What we're looking for.

The right person has done this before, not just managed people who have. Consulting background or senior in-house transformation — both work.

01Eight years plus in transformation consulting, enterprise architecture, or senior in-house change roles.
02Demonstrable ownership of multi-workstream programmes from diagnosis through to delivery.
03Comfortable with platform-selection trade-offs — ERP, CRM, cloud, data platforms — without becoming a vendor mouthpiece.
04Writes clearly. Presents at board level. Doesn't hide behind frameworks.
05Existing right to work in the UK, or able to demonstrate eligibility.
